Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package on its way to you.
Where to find your tracking number
- Look for our shipping confirmation email. It goes to the email address you used at checkout and includes your tracking number.
- Can't find it? Check your spam, junk or promotions folder.
- You can also view your order status anytime using the link in your order confirmation email.
When will tracking update?
A new tracking number can take a few business days to show its first update after your order ships. That's normal. The carrier needs to scan your package before updates appear.
How long delivery takes
Delivery is estimated at 7-15 business days from your order date, and that estimate already includes the time we need to process your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays. Shipping is free on every order.
If we know your order will arrive later than that, we'll email you with a revised estimate and the option to cancel for a full, prompt refund.
Import duties and taxes
Depending on your country, customs may charge import duties or taxes when your package arrives. These are the buyer's responsibility unless they were collected at checkout.
If your tracking seems stuck
If tracking hasn't moved in a while, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, email us at support@bibbito.com with your order number. We'll check with the carrier and keep you updated.
If tracking says delivered but you don't have it, take a quick look around your door, in your mailbox or mail room, and with your neighbors. Still missing? Email us and we'll look into it with the carrier. If a package is lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or a refund.
Address problems
Spotted a mistake in your shipping address? Email us as soon as possible so we can try to fix it before your order ships. If a package can't be delivered because the address entered on your order was incorrect or incomplete, reshipping costs may apply, but we'll help you sort it out.
